The EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max Plus (2048Wh) Smart Extra Battery is designed to expand the energy storage capacity of compatible EcoFlow DELTA power stations.

With a substantial 2048Wh / 2.048kWh rated capacity, this Smart Extra Battery can significantly extend the runtime of your connected power station, making it suitable for longer home backup, RVing, camping, outdoor adventures, and everyday power requirements.

The battery uses automotive-grade full-tab LFP (LiFePO4) cells. EcoFlow’s full-tab cell design is engineered to reduce internal resistance, improve efficiency and safety, and provide higher capacity with less heat for long-term battery reliability.

Adding the battery is simple. The unit features plug-and-play operation, so no complicated setup is required. Connect it to a compatible EcoFlow power station and the additional energy storage becomes available. The EcoFlow App allows users to monitor the battery’s charge level, working status, and temperature.

The DELTA 3 Max Plus Smart Extra Battery also features a more compact design, with EcoFlow stating that its overall volume is approximately 25% smaller than the DELTA 2 Max Smart Extra Battery, making it easier to store, carry, and stack.

For the DELTA 3 Max Plus, users can add up to two Smart Extra Batteries when using the EcoFlow Smart Extra Battery Expansion Adapter. Two additional 2048Wh batteries can bring the DELTA 3 Max Plus system to a total capacity of 6144Wh (6.144kWh).

The Smart Extra Battery is not designed to operate as a standalone portable power station. It must be connected to a compatible main unit.
